Michele Stuart
is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of
Arizona with over 18 years of experience
specializing in the areas of Financial, Skiptracing
and Open Source Investigations. Starting her
investigative career as an Economic Fraud
Investigator and her success in finding facts
quickly earned her notice among her peers. Her
clients included such notables as the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Resolution
Trust Corporation as well as several banks and
lending companies. In 1997, Ms. Stuart started her
own
Private Investigative Firm, JAG Investigations Inc.,
located in Gilbert, Arizona. She and her firm have
primarily specialized in the areas of Internet
Profiling and Open Source Investigations. As a
result of her notoriety as a master craftsman in her
field, Ms. Stuart decided to impart her knowledge to
others and provides seminars on her specialized
investigative techniques. She has provided
presentations to Law Enforcement Agencies throughout
the US (division of Homeland Security), US Marshals,
the National Defender Investigators Association,
Allied Finance Adjusters, Insurance SIU units and
numerous state associations. She has written and
published several articles pertaining to her
investigative methods in investigative publications
and journals and has been a featured author of
several articles concerning the Internet and Open
Source Investigations and Profiling in PI Magazine,
a widely distributed trade publication of the
private investigations industry. Her presentation is
entitled "Internet Profiling and Intelligence
Gathering".

Thomas
Kuligowski
is the Primary Digital Photography and Digital
Imaging Enhancement instructor for TSS. He is also a
senior instructor specializing in covert and
clandestine surveillance photography and related
optical operational surveillance techniques.
Tom has designed and fabricated
some truly sophisticated covert digital photography
concealment devices, including several portable and
yet very stable video surveillance platforms. He is
also highly skilled in the use of infrared and
invisible laser illuminators, as well as stable long
range and close target reconnaissance optical
systems.
Chet
McNabb
is a Cleveland, Ohio, native has worked for the
Geauga County Sheriff’s Office in Chardon, Ohio,
since 1992. He has recently been assigned to a
highly specialized Multi-County Task Force, T.A.G.,
which is responsible for Narcotics Investigations,
Organized Crime Investigations and sensitive
Homeland Security related matters.
He is an expert at using IP Video Systems and
remote sensors as target "triggers" in complex
physical surveillance operations and is equally well
skilled in the use of electronic (DF/GPS), optical
and other forms of technical surveillance equipment
Chet is a member of the National Technical
Investigators Association (NATIA) and is an expert
at the fixed and mobile installation of technical
surveillance equipment. He brings a wealth of
knowledge and practical experience with him to the
classroom, has a keen sense of humor and enjoys
excellent rapport with our students.

A. Pinderski
is a member of the firm’s Executive
Committee. Jim’s work with the firm is

environmental coverage, advertising
injury/personal injury coverage, asbestos

and bad faith. Jim serves as national
coverage counsel for several major insurance

Bures
is a member of the firm’s Executive
Committee. CoverX was founded in 1973 in
response to dislocations affecting the
commercial liability insurance market. Our
focus then, as it is today, was to identify

claims and product distribution to develop
products for agents and brokers across the
country.
Comprehensive liability coverage that was
initially designed for the security industry
has now grown to include alarm contractors

Emad
Shenouda
is the Protective Security Advisor assigned

non-accusatory interview, as well as those
displayed by a person who is withholding
relevant information. The specific behaviors
discussed include attitude; posture;
significant posture changes; grooming,
personal and protective gestures; eye
contact; and, verbal responses. The ability
to recognize and evaluate these behaviors
becomes particularly important in those
cases in which the available investigative
information does not definitively establish
the credibility of the subject.
At the conclusion of this
segment of the program, the participant will
have a behavioral model for both the
truthful and deceptive individual that can
be used for the evaluation of subjects in
future investigative interviews.
During the presentation
we will show videotapes of actual interviews
to illustrate the material.

intellectual property and international
business transactions. His experience in the
arena of intellectual property includes the
acquisition of patents and registrations for
trademarks and copyrights, licensing,
litigation, dispute resolution and
mediation, portfolio management, and policy
development. Mr. Moga is an experienced
patent prosecutor in the mechanical,
chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical
arts and has been qualified and has
testified as an expert witness in patent
